Crossroads is able to host church events (including Cmmunity Group Events), ministry partners, and non-profit community partners. Please note that as a church we are only authorized to host events for non-profit organizations. If you are a member or connect group requsting the use of facilities, we ask that you please clean up after your event. This includes vacuuming, taking out the trash and wiping down all surfaces.
Our Facilities fees are currently being reviewed. Your requst will be reviewed by the Facilities Director and you will be notified of any fee to be charged.
Prior to filling out this form a Crossroads Pastor or Director must upport this event. Please have discussed and received approval for this event with them prior to submitting this form. Enter the approving Pastor's/Director's name below.
